Sharon holds a Master's degree from UC Berkeley’s School of Social Welfare and a B.A. in Women’s Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Sharon is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and has a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University. Sharon studied coaching at the Coaches Training Institute.
