2024 Annual Recap for Indigo Skies Consulting

What a year! 2024 was an incredible journey of growth, collaboration, and impact for Indigo Skies Consulting. We had the privilege of working alongside so many inspiring community-based organizations, helping them achieve their goals and raise over $11 million to fuel their vital missions. Here’s a glimpse into what we accomplished:

Leadership Coaching & Consulting: Guided 12 organizations in strengthening their leadership and operations.
Board Leadership Training: Supported 10 organizations in building engaged and effective boards.
Campaign Success: Partnered with 5 organizations to plan and execute impactful fundraising campaigns.
Development Planning: Helped 2 organizations create tailored development strategies to amplify their impact.
Training and community building: Delivered workshops, roundtables and professional gatherings to over 650 executive directors and development professionals, equipping them with tools, resources and connections to professionally thrive.
Grew the Indigo Skies Consulting team to be a dedicated team of 7 brilliant and experienced consultants.
